This very ambitious project written in 20k (orignally I typed 200k, typo, thank you Jon for that find) lines of code works on both the web and desktop via Adobe AIR and is written completely using the Flex framework. Previously many people in the community had criticized Adobe for delivering a lackluster photo-editing application with Photoshop Express, especially compared to some other competitors that were also using Adobe Flex to produce much more impressive online tools. However this application seems to blow the rest of the online photo-editing applications away.
